In this Privacy Policy, “Revledge,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Cazimi Digital LLC and the Revledge service it operates. Cazimi Digital LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use the Revledge mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using Revledge, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Overview
Revledge is an income and expense tracking platform designed for delivery riders, drivers, couriers, and other gig workers.
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- The Revledge mobile application
- The Revledge website
- Related services, features, and communications
2. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Services.
A. Account Information
When you create or sign in to an account, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Profile information associated with your sign-in provider
- Unique account identifiers
We do not collect or store your password when authentication is handled by a third-party sign-in provider.
B. Information You Enter
We collect information you choose to enter into the app, including:
- Income and expense records
- Savings goals
- Maintenance records
- Renewal reminders
- Shift information
- Notes and preferences
- Vehicle-related information
C. Scan and Image Information
If you use scan features, we may process:
- Receipt images
- Odometer images
- Text, totals, dates, mileage, or other values extracted from those images
When your device is online, scan images are sent for AI processing and are not stored on Revledge servers.
When your device is offline, scan images are held locally on your device. After your device reconnects, they may be uploaded temporarily so processing can finish in the background and the scan result can be returned to your app. Temporary scan images are deleted after processing is complete.
Scan images sent for AI processing do not include your device GPS coordinates, city, region, formatted address, or geocoding status.
If you use Receipt Vault or cloud restore features, receipt images may be stored securely in private cloud storage so they can be displayed in the app and restored after reinstall or login on another device.
D. Location Information
Some features may request access to your location when you use specific app functions, such as scanning, logging activities, or recording shift-related information.
When location access is used, Revledge may collect a one-time location reading for that feature. Revledge does not perform continuous background location tracking and does not request background location access.
You may disable location access through your device settings.
E. Device, Usage, and Diagnostic Information
We may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
- Device type
- Operating system
- App version
- Crash reports
- Diagnostic information
- General app activity needed for reliability and security
- Notification token identifiers
- Device identifier used for app security and fraud prevention
- Network address, such as IP address, used for security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection
This information helps us maintain app stability, reliability, and security.
F. Verification Records
When you generate a verifiable income summary PDF, Revledge stores a record of the summary so the verification page can confirm whether the report matches the record generated by Revledge.
A verification record may include a report identifier, masked initials, report period, totals shown on the report, activity or distance summary, currency, transaction count, and an integrity hash. The public verification page is designed to show only a limited, masked summary and does not expose your full transaction details.
Anyone who has the QR code or verification link may be able to view the verification page for that report.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the Services
- Sync and restore your account data
- Process scans and app features
- Provide document verification features
- Improve performance and reliability
- Deliver reminders and notifications
- Manage subscriptions and account access
- Detect abuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect users, the platform, and our rights
4. Third-Party Services
Revledge uses trusted service providers to operate and support the Services. These providers may process limited information only as necessary to perform their services.
These providers may include:
- Google Sign-In for account authentication
- Google’s Gemini API for AI-powered scan processing
- Cloudflare for secure routing of scan processing requests
- Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notification delivery
- RevenueCat for subscription management
- Sentry for crash, error, and reliability monitoring
- DigitalOcean for cloud hosting and infrastructure operations
- Google Play for app distribution and in-app purchase routing
- Email service providers for support and feedback communications
The type of information processed depends on the feature used. For example, scan images may be processed to generate scan results, subscription identifiers may be processed to manage plan access, notification tokens may be processed to deliver notifications, and crash diagnostics may be processed to improve reliability.
Revledge does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information.
Your data may be stored:
- Locally on your device
- On secure cloud infrastructure used by Revledge
- Temporarily during background scan processing, if needed to complete an offline scan
Receipt and odometer images uploaded for background scan processing are transmitted over HTTPS, stored briefly with restricted access, and deleted after processing in the normal flow.
Receipt Vault images are stored in private cloud object storage. Access is controlled through Revledge’s backend and requires authenticated user access.
If an automatic deletion attempt fails due to a temporary system issue, Revledge uses follow-up cleanup processes designed to remove remaining temporary scan images. Limited metadata or processing records may be retained for a reasonable period for security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, audit, or legal purposes.
While we take reasonable security measures, no system can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and device access.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Services
- Maintain account functionality
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce agreements
- Maintain security and fraud-prevention systems
Receipt and odometer images uploaded for background scan processing are retained only for the time needed to generate a scan result and are deleted after processing is complete.
Receipt Vault images are retained while needed to provide the Receipt Vault feature. They are deleted or scheduled for deletion when you delete the receipt, delete the related transaction, or delete your account, subject to limited backup, security, legal, troubleshooting, or operational retention.
Some limited operational records, backups, or logs may temporarily persist after deletion for security, legal, troubleshooting, or recovery purposes.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
When your account is deleted:
- Your active account data is removed from our systems within a reasonable period
- Associated synced content is deleted or scheduled for deletion
- Any temporary scan images still being processed are removed when their processing completes
- Verification records are removed when the associated account data is deleted, subject to standard backup, security, legal, and operational retention
- Some limited backup, security, legal, or operational records may remain until standard retention cycles expire
When your account deletion is processed, Revledge deletes or schedules deletion of Receipt Vault images associated with your account.
Deleted accounts generally cannot be restored.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Access
- Correction
- Deletion
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Objection to processing
You may contact us to exercise applicable rights.
9. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including:
- The right to know what information we collect
- The right to request deletion
- The right to correct inaccurate information
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights
Revledge does not sell personal information.
10. European Privacy Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including:

- The right to request correction or deletion

Revledge is intended for users aged 18 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we may remove the information and terminate the account.

Revledge does not use advertising trackers for third-party behavioral advertising.
