This page explains how to request deletion of your Revledge account and what happens to your data when you do.
Revledge is an income and expense tracking app for delivery riders, drivers, couriers, and other gig workers.
Delete your account in the app
You can delete your account directly inside Revledge at any time:
- Open the Revledge app and sign in.
- Go to your Profile, then open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Once confirmed, your account and its synced data are scheduled for permanent deletion. Deleted accounts generally cannot be restored.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email instead.
Send a message to support@revledge.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
We will verify your request and process it within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Account information — name, email address, and account identifiers
- Income and expense records
- Savings goals
- Maintenance records and renewal reminders
- Shift information and vehicle information
- Notes and preferences
- Receipt and odometer scan data
What is kept, and for how long
After deletion, a limited amount of data may temporarily remain:
- Operational backups and diagnostic logs are removed within 90 days.
- Security and fraud-prevention records may be retained only as long as needed to protect the platform and other users.
- Records we are legally required to keep are retained only for the period required by applicable law.
This data is not used for any other purpose and is removed once its retention period expires.
