Revledge lets you manage and delete individual records inside the app without deleting your entire account. This page explains the options available to you.
If you want to delete your full account instead of individual records, see Delete Your Account.
1. Delete data inside the app
You can remove individual records directly from the relevant screen in the Revledge app. Open the screen, find the item, and tap delete (the trash icon or delete option in the row's menu).
Records you can delete this way include:
- Income and expense transactions
- Savings goals
- Spending limits
- Vehicle maintenance items
- Renewal reminders
- Maintenance history entries
- Renewal history entries
- Shift records
- Notification / inbox entries where supported
Deletions made in the app are sent to Revledge servers and removed from your synced data. You do not need to delete your account to delete individual records.
2. Request help deleting specific data
If you cannot reach a record in the app, or you want to request deletion of a specific set of data, email us:
Send a message to support@revledge.com from the Google account email you use to sign in to Revledge.
Please include:
- The Google account email address you use to sign in to Revledge
- The type of data you want deleted (for example: transactions, shifts, maintenance history)
- Enough detail to identify the records (date range, description, amount, or any other field that helps us find them)
Never send your password. Revledge does not use passwords — sign-in is handled by Google — and we will never ask for one.
We aim to review email requests within 30 days.
3. Full account deletion
If you want to delete your entire Revledge account and all associated data, follow the instructions at https://revledge.com/delete-account.
Full account deletion removes your account record, your synced entries, and your profile information. It is separate from the per-record deletion described above.
4. What may be retained
After data is deleted from the app or by request, some limited information may remain for a short period for legitimate reasons:
- Operational backups taken before the deletion may take additional time to expire from routine backup systems.
- Security and fraud-prevention records may be kept only as long as needed to protect the platform and other users.
- Billing and subscription records may be retained where required for payment, dispute resolution, or accounting.
- Records we are legally required to keep are retained only for the period required by applicable law.
This retained data is not used for any other purpose and is removed once its retention period expires. Revledge does not control deletion timelines for records held by independent third-party services such as Google (sign-in), the payment processor (subscription billing), or our crash-reporting provider beyond what those services offer to their own users.
